Security Overview

VibrArte is committed to protecting the information artists and clients share with the platform. This page describes, at a general level, the safeguards VibrArte relies on to protect accounts, payments, and personal information.

Account Protection

VibrArte requires a strong password to create an account, and passwords are never stored in plain text. Sign-in and password-reset attempts are monitored for suspicious activity, and repeated or excessive attempts are automatically slowed down to protect against automated abuse.

Access Controls

Every sensitive action on VibrArte — viewing another user's data, managing a booking, accessing the administrative dashboard — is checked on VibrArte's servers, not just hidden or shown in the interface. Administrative access is further restricted: only a protected set of administrator accounts can access platform-wide management tools, and the platform's highest level of administrative access cannot be modified or escalated to by any other account.

Payment Security

All payments on VibrArte are processed through Stripe, a payment processor used by many major platforms. VibrArte does not receive or store full credit or debit card numbers; card details are handled directly by Stripe. Every payment event VibrArte acts on is cryptographically verified as genuinely coming from Stripe before it is trusted.

Data Protection

Access to the information stored about clients and artists is controlled and limited to what each part of the platform needs to function. For details on what information VibrArte collects, why, and how you can request its deletion, see VibrArte's Privacy Policy.

Platform Safety

VibrArte can suspend or restrict an account that violates its Terms of Service or Artist Agreement, engages in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the platform or other users. A suspended or restricted account immediately loses access to the affected platform features until the matter is resolved.

Vulnerability Reporting

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability affecting VibrArte, please contact VibrArte at sanzacenmusicianscorp@gmail.com with details so it can be reviewed. Please avoid accessing, modifying, or disclosing data that is not your own while investigating a potential issue.
